Welcome to We Know Floors, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about who we are and what we do. My name is Errol Neville, and I’m the owner and lead installer behind this company. Flooring isn’t just my job — it’s my craft, my passion, and the work I take genuine pride in every single day.
I began my journey in the flooring trade because I’ve always been drawn to hands-on work that blends skill, precision, and creativity. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of turning countless houses into homes and giving businesses the polished, professional spaces they need to thrive. Every floor I install represents the trust a client places in me, and that’s something I never take lightly.
